Query RE: Religious sheepies

... they cite that the only way to lead a true, virtuous life is to honor humility and moral conduct dictated by the bible, and thus honor 'him' in these qualities of character.
What about those who come to rational conclusions about personal conduct through no guidance of the bible? What about those who are honorable, kind, moderate men and women of their own maturation and intellectual journies? What about those who reach the same conclusions on temprance, selflessness, patience as dictated by (some interpretations of) the bible, but completely aside from-and lacking in-the influence of a book or a so-called 'god'?
... what of these folks? Are they just that insightful? Are they, themselves, gods, for acquiring this 'ordained' knowledge solely through living?

Do you ever wonder what it would be like if you could physically transcend the minute corporeally-defined particulate boundaries between air and skin and transmutate into the atmosphere around you? If you could break yourself down into the smallest constituent parts, break your skin into atoms not unlike that which compiles air-which compiles all things-to become fluid particles suspended in the fresh soft ether that blankets all things? Become a surreal, organic artistic substance made from your own flesh? Watch yourself move in complete independence while subsequently becoming neutral to your changed, inhuman volume? To see yourself as a material substance, eternally divisible? To breathe new possibility into the realm of space a thousand times over and never know the specific impacts of your particulate influence?

It'd kinda be like death wouldn't it?
