careening metaphysical journey
within and throughout unseen ventures
toward the same end, same end, same end

recoil from journeys into the current of another
reducing potentiality in each successive word
laying down the guard of a life crumbled with ease
the mind rattles and sighs
another wasted escapism into the pulse of humanity

the infrequent meandering of language
reveals nothing but poetic justice to moderate soreness
that which is left unsaid crowds around the prose
and she is left once again lost between this concreteness and incongruence
bred within the framework of the mind
